What we never do
- We never sell or rent a child's personal data to anyone.
- We never show third-party advertising to children.
- We never share a child's contact details with guides — sessions are routed anonymously.
- We never use a child's data to train external AI models without explicit, separate consent.
How AI uses data
AIGrounded & supervised
Our AI guide personalises learning using a child's activity. All AI content is checked against a human-verified knowledge base, and sensitive outputs are reviewed by trained staff before reaching a child. A child can never be identified from data we send to model providers.
Your rights as a parent/guardian
Access & export
See and download everything we hold about your child, any time.
Correct
Fix any inaccurate information from your account.
Delete
Request full deletion of your child's account and data.
Withdraw consent
Pause or stop processing and messaging whenever you choose.
Data security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-restricted and audited in our staff console. We keep learning data while the account is active; session recordings are deleted after 90 days; on deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days (except minimal records we must keep by law).
